Music courses through my veins-a very integral part of who I am.An easy access to emotions, music has changed, enhanced, and formed my life. Going through varied transformations eventually necessitated my participation in emotional expression. I started to make art.
In 2018 my more tangible art attempts turned into screen pieces- digital art!I would photograph fiber pieces I made and enhance them. I also started to layer photographs of nature. I had one request of the universe: Please let me see things I couldn't see with my eyes. In the early days many of my art pieces were symbols that really seemed to touch people. Later I started intuitively getting information about people's energy and I would draw their energy portrait as a result. I learned during this time that the brain looks the same making art as it does practicing meditation. The insights that come are often surprising. Art expression has become so important to me that I am taking a course on leading others in *art therapy*. I have organized art days at my studio and plan to offer more. Creative expression is so healing and necessary. The documented history of the benefits go back hundreds of years.
As far as art and it’s connection to manifesting: I’ve had powerful experiences making a piece as a vehicle to understand and then visualize and receive that which I wish to see in my life. It is a tool to holding the vision, letting it flow and creating my life. Vision Flow Creation.
Right now I'm releasing 100 art pieces that I've made over the last 6 years. They are available as tapestries. After the initial 100 is reached I will offer prints. At music festivals I will be bringing the tapestries, and a variety of fiber art pieces as well. Medicine and gem bags, necklaces and more will be available.
The eventual plan is to expand into offering live energy portraits at festivals. I will send a digital copy to the participants right there and then and if they wish they can order a print.
